I'm siiiiiiiiiiiiick [/end whine]
I had a great weekend, attending a Girl Scout dance and even a Halloween party. On Sunday, five girls from my third year Junior troop and myself visited a local nursing home to play Bingo with them. I don't know who had more fun - the girls or the residents! I was so very proud of my girls. They are all excited to go back again before Christmas and host another Bingo event. We provided all the prizes for the residents and they had a ball choosing through all the goodies - like scarves and earrings for the ladies, tshirts and ballcaps for the men as well as writing paper, a clock, cookies and mini chocolate bars. We also served snack - Thin Mints and Oreos. Gee, I wonder why they want us back?
I spiked a nice fever of 101 today, always fun to be sick right before a party. Youngest's class is having a party tomorrow and I will be bringing in cupcakes. I guess I neeed to make some cupcakes. I hope I feel better tomorrow or Husband will be dragging the girls around trick or treating.
Ugh - off to bed for me.
