I'm back home... my foot is awful.. purple on both sides and swollen like you would not believe. I am going to the ER first thing in the AM.
Hey - I can't miss The Sopranos!
The troop trip.. ehh.. not that great. Will blog more later. Time to put the foot up and chill.

Are you icing it? 20 minutes every 2 hours!! Also, ibuprofin or naproxen, elevation and rest!! Feel better babe!
