Need a recipe
Ok - last week, at a first communion party, I finally tried broccoli rabe and LOVED it! How on earth do you make it? I want to make it with linguini, garlic, and olive oil. Anyone have any recipes to share?

Never heard of it. Try Allrecipes.com. I love that site. You can read reviews from people who have made the recipes. Good Luck

Lightly steam rabe. (Real light- like 30sec or so.) Heat good olive oil in a pan with some garlic, do not let garlic brown. Toss in rabe, saute for about two minutes. Serve over linguini with lots of parmesan.
Or, why wait for the pasta to boil? Serve with good bread to soak up the garlicky oil.
My family doesn't like it too much, but I do. I'll buy a bunch and eat it by myself for lunch.
