Quick note

Well, at weigh in, I'm down .8lbs. I'm a little disappointed but I wasn't able to go to the gym at all last week. In fact, today was my first day back. So, I warmed up by walking a 22 minute mile on the treadmill (yeah, I'm slow) and then did my 30 minute circuit at Curves. I earned 4 activity points! WOOHOO!

I've got to run. I know I have to post pictures - I will do it later. I PROMISE MOM!

Don't be disappointed at a small weight loss! It's more weight than you lost before you started WW. Be proud, and know that next week you'll be in even better shape since you're hittin' the gym.
