Whatever.
I'm planning on going to the local New Jersey and renew my license. It doesn't have my photograph on it. I can't even remember when I had a license with a picture. I've always renewed it in the mail. Several months ago, I was asked for a photo ID and, after digging through all my files and piles of papers, I realized that I didn't have anything that I could use as an ID.
Now that I volunteer in the school, I do have a school ID but I figure it's time for me to get a license with my photograph. Here's what I need to do in order to prove that I am *really* me - 6 Point ID Verification Program
Wow. It's a lot different from the "old days".

oh man, with the traveling i do, i have to know where my id is at all times. in fact, i panic if i can't find my driver's license for just a split second....and i can usually tell you exactly where it is at any given moment.

WOW, different from here! We are required to carry a photo ID in California. Ou drivers license has had a photo forever, no option there. At least 25 year! How do you prove your identity to purchase tabacco or alcohol in NJ? Seems it would be very easy to have a fake ID.

I just renewed mine on Monday. Yep, Jersey City was exactly where I wanted to be on Halloween. BTW, it's MVC. ;)
