Perfect Scary Movie

The Birds is on AMC right now and it's scaring the crap out of me. Right now is the scene when Tippi Hedren goes upstairs to investigate the strange wing flapping noises she hears.

Oh jeez - I can barely watch! I hate birds.

Ok - so what's YOUR idea of a scary movie? Vote for your favorite scary movie in comments.

One of my favorite scary movies is one called the Changeling. It's not an outright scary movie but, it creeped me out when I was younger and it still does now.

I am a BIG scary movie fan! Love to watch them! A recent one I thought was good...SAW...it had an original concept and was SO strange!! I am curious to see if SAW II will live up to the first.

What if those birds had had the avian flu? Now THAT would have been REALLY scary!

For me the alltime scariest movie is The Exorcist. Demon possessed little girls creep me out.

The scariest movie I've ever seen is the silent film, "Nosferatu." That Dracula is the creepiest!

The Shining scares me every time. When the kid starts croaking "redrum" I always nearly poop.

I remember watching a movie at a school party in elementary school that scared the crap out of us. I think it was called "I know what you did", or something. It was black and white and scary. I wonder if I saw it now if it would be as scary to me? Probably not.

Horror film fan here. Lots to choose from for me, but The Exorcist is a masterpeice. The uncut version scares the bleep out of me. Um, then there's The Sixth Sense, The Shining, Poltergeist, Rosemary's Baby, Misery, Children of the Corn, and ya gotta love The Evil Dead. I haven't even mentioned all the old frankenstien and dracula movies, lol.

I love the last week of october on TV. I so burn out my husband (who is not a fan of the genre) because I watch scary movies they play in celebration of Halloween.

... Salem's Lot... scarred me for life when that ghostie showed up at that window... I'm a big fan of Venetian blinds now as an adult...
