Our first day of school

A good day was had by all - Youngestloved kindergarten, Eldest relaxed a bit about her first day and I, well, I had breakfast with two of my friends to celebrate the first day of school. We all cried just a little bit when our kindergartners drove off on the bus but we also knew that the three girls were SO excited about school.

Well, the girls have a dentist appointment in an hour. I've got to run for now.

Too cute! We moms do miss them when they go back to school, but this mom was very happy to wave bye-bye! LOL

Freaky. Sometimes I feel like we're leading parallel lives. My oldest is in 3rd grade this year, and my youngest started kindergarten. And, believe it or not, our kids also have dentist appointments this afternoon. Tell me that's not freaky!

Now, if you could just send those guys over to add another room onto my house, all would be good with the world. :)

What cutie-pies! I just dropped Hopey off for her first afternoon of pre-K. Got tons of laundry, cleaning and paperwork on my desk...yet...the house sounds so, empty.

Hold me, Kate!
