Skipped a day
Good morning!
Yes, I know, bright and early for me. I'd better start practicing getting up earlier than this. School starts in less that two weeks and I've GOT to make sure that Eldest gets the bus. I can't be driving her into school and get Youngestready on time for HER bus.
Mom is coming down for a visit and lunch today. Perhaps we can even squeeze in some shopping too - Eldest needs sneakers and school shoes. I purged her closet yesterday and made her try on a bunch of clothes. Surprisingly, we had a fun time, giggling over what didn't fit and what was still too big for her. Mom had bought her a very nice pair of black boots and she loves them. So, I had her try on the boots with her jeans and she looked so darn cute. Youngestgot a different pair in pink suede.
I'm supposed to have contractors show up here today and put siding up on the addition. I"m also suppposed to have the huge pile of dirt removed - to the girls' utter dismay. I hope the porta-john leaves soon too. It looks SO classy at the top of my driveway too. Not.
Well, I need to get cleaned up and attempt to do some more laundry before Mom gets here. Later!

Sounds like you have a very full day. Hope everything goes well. The boots are nice. Moira and Olivia will look so stylish.
