My three picks for the day are:

1. Christina of Feisty Repartee. She's just fantastic. I had stumbled on her blog accidentally and was immediately hooked. She is a wonderful person. She writes brilliant posts, she's a wonderful mother, and is just full of southern charm. I have so much fun in our emails or phone chats. I am proud to call her my friend.

2. Wacky Wendi. How can you not love a person like Wendi? We've been friends for over eight years. We belonged to an email loop that was started way back when AOL was king. I've never met her in person but I can assure you that she is incredible. She's an awesome Mom and wife. She's had some tough blows the past couple years but she is one helluva fighter and I am so happy for her. {{{hugs}}}

3. Jim - of Parkway Rest Stop. I can't say enough wonderful things about him. He is charming and intelligent, plays a mean guitar, and also has a wonderful wife and a very sweet daughter (who also blogs). Oh, he can party too. Oh yeah. It's too bad he lives up in North Jersey. Perhaps I can coax him into hosting a summer bash..??
