I opened up my outlook express program this morning and was pretty psyched to see some emails from friends. Woohoo! The down side? The 60+ spams that came along with them

I keep getting the discount software and meds over and over again, each time from somebody different. Getting really annoying. The good news is that by closing the comments in MT I seemed to have turned off the avalanche of spam on the blog site. maybe someday we will have a better way of screening. Did you see where Bill Gates gets 4 million emailas a day, most of it spam? Story

For some vague reason, when I read your post about spam coming along with good friends' emails, I was reminded of a song from fast-and-furious soundtrack (or was it Mission Impossible - II - not sure?).

I just went into your MT and deleted something like 500 pending and approved spam comments. One of these days, I'll convert your database over to MySql so we can install MT-CloseComments.

Back to the skins. I may get the marbles working this morning.
