A quickie
Ok - who remembers what movie this line came from?
"We can go to bed, maybe get in a little quickie."
"No. With you, never a quickie, always a longie."
Heh - I love that movie... so funny...
Anyway, the weather is beautiful today. I am going to hang some laundry on the clothesline. Hopefully, my arm and back will cooperate! Speaking of arm and back, I made an appointment to see the chiro on Thursday. I am a little nervous as I have never been to a chiro. If anyone has, can you leave me a comment? Let me know if it was a good or bad experience...
M wore shorts to school today and O wore a dress. I cannot believe it is going to get to the mid-80's today. Incredible indeed. Well, off to do some chores then I need to pick up O from school. I think today would be a GREAT playground day!
Ciao!

The movie is Love Bites and the chiro is awesome. I love going to the chiro and getting my back cracked.
They use a special heating pad with electric stimulation to loosen up all your muscles first and then they adjust you. It is awesome. You will come out of there so relaxed and feeling great. Maybe even a need for a nap because it just puts your whole body in relax mode. :)

I remembered Love Bites! Really, I did. I was just too slow. ;)
But I've never been to a chiro. Sorry. Hope it works well for you!!

I've never been to chiro but a girlfriend has and she loved it. She left an inch taller.

A good chiropractor is worth his/her weight in gold.
Really.

Bad chiro experience here, but I have friends who say they couldn't live without it!

Bad chiro experience here too, the guy thought the art of chiropractory (is that a word?) could cure everything from the common cold to cancer. Hope you have a better experience!

Great chiopractor experience here, I was in a car accident when I was eight, and insurance paid for chiro for a year. It was the best year of my life! It really helped get rid of the whiplash stuff, hope it helps you.

a great chiro is like a great gyno, worth their weight in gold. I have had both good and bad...You just have to wade through them until you find the one for YOU. And yes, MOST think they can cure everthing. The explanation I hear most often is that by adjusting, they get the "energy flowing properly". Something like accupuncture in a sense. Like anything else, take the good, leave the bad. All I know is that they got and kept me mobile since I was 20 (now 46) God I'm getting old!!
