I hear ya! I keep getting this P*nis enl*rgement spammer coming back again and again. I keep banning the IP, but they come back with a different one! It's terrible!

I have blacklist installed and got the penis comment today and just clicked on the link in the email to kill it and now its gone and we will see if it comes back. I would take Adelle up on the install, its not that painful and it will even go back and clean out older messages with the same comments.
