One last post before I leave
I <a href="http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewSellersOtherItems&userid=catenj&include=0&since=-1&sort=3&rows=50">listed two MicroTrains</a> on eBay. They are the state cars and are highly collectible. P was going to have two sets of all cars - one to run and one to sell as a completed set with all fifty cars and the engine. He decided not to finish the second set and sell the extra cars. I listed the cars on Saturday and they got bids immediately. Both cars are now no longer available so they are in high demand.
Some dorko emails me this morning with this gem:
DON'T YOU THINK YOUR PRICE IS CARZY. IF YOU WANT TO SELL IT TO ME FOR $25.00. AT LEST THAT'S A FAIR PRICE. YOU CAN E-MAIL ME AT [deleted]
and this one:
DON'T YOU THINK YOUR PRICE IS A LITTLE CRAZY. IF YOU WANT TO SELL IT TO ME FOR $25.OO E-MAIL ME AT [deleted]

This is my reply:
Potential buyers bid it up the price. I cannot end an auction early with
bids already placed. I suggest you look at other options for these trains.

I don't think your price is that crazy. I'll take them off your hands for $25. But then again, if you have a train on your hands, you have bigger problems. Maybe you should be dialing 9-1-1 instead of playing on e-bay.

What a freak. I have gotten many emails like that before with my auctions. I usually don't reply back. Like your going to cancel and $78 bid to sell it for $25. Dumb ass!

ebay newbie. I think the prices are pretty good. I have been trying to get a Santa Fe passenger set for my son and haven't been lucky enough to see the price below $300.

It's very simple but there are so many people who just can't grasp the concept of ebay. The cars look cool, it looks like you made a few buck too. :)
