Evening recap
M had tae kwon do this afternoon. P had to work late again tonight. Luckily, I had dinner all set up in the crockpot - salisbury steaks in gravy. Yum. After dinner, we had the usual routine - dessert, homework, medicines, washing up and pjs. I managed to crochet up a couple cotton washclothes and, if I may say so myself, they look pretty darn good!
Tomorrow, I managed to score an eye doctor appointment for M. I noticed that she squints - a lot. ::sigh:: I hope she doesn't need glasses. I will out all day as the appointment is at 11am. She will be going to school for an hour or so and then I will pick her up at 10am. I left a message for her teacher to get assignements ready for her and she can do them in the doctor's office and the car.
See ya later! Have a great night and a good tomorrow!

It sounds to me like Moira will be joining the ranks of the bespectacled. I got my first pair of glasses when I was her age...I was squinting big time, too. Back then, (1967) most glasses were dorky looking, but nowadays they are called "eyewear" and are considered to be cool fashion accessories. I even read in some magazine that people are buying non-prescription glasses, just cuz they like the way they look.
They make cool-looking frames even for kids...believe me, I spend enough time in Sears Optical to know.
Moira will be okay, whether or not she needs glasses. {{{hugs}}}
