ENT visit

Well - the doctor seemed to agree that tubes would probably be the way to go for Olivia. He did suggest we wait until fall to get them in place. This way, she would be able to go swimming without having to worry about the tubes. He wants us to bring her in if/when she gets another ear infection.
After the appointment, we stopped at WalMart to pick up some Claritin for Eldest. I suspect her eye irratation is actually allergies. I think this will stop some of the eye rubbing. I also picked up more yarn ( I know I know) but it's the same weight as the burgandy yarn I bought 2 weeks ago. I am going to make another blanket. Christmas is coming!
Gotta get the gang ready for tae kwon do today. Later!

I have heard really good things about the tubes hon. No one in my family has ever had them, but lots of friends kids did, and they worked great! {{{Hugs}}} Please give Olivia hugs from me!! :o)

I can't believe the doc recommended waiting until Fall! I'd tell him NOW NOW NOW! Or else invite the hesitant doc to your house to help your daughter through each and every infection between now and then.

Honestly....some people!

There are wonderful form-fitting earplugs that can be made in the doctor's office so that kids can go swimming after they've had tubes placed. Even my little sister had some....and that was 30 years ago!
