Last night at WW
Well - I didn't lose a damn thing. BUT - I didn't gain either. :sigh: I have to pick up some workout tapes to do at home when I am not at the gym.. Plus - I have to be more careful about measuring out portions. Damn - this is hard! But, it is SO worth it!

Losing weight is so hard. I've joined a gym and lost about 20 pounds that way...but I have at least 30 to go...I need to do better with my eating habits!

Hey, I have 70lbs to go! I think the hardest part is just being patient. I work out every day and it makes me feel skinnier but the scale says otherwise. I think we gotta concentrate on how we feel. So much emphasis is put on the scale. Keep on keepin' on! YOU CAN DO IT! :hug:

Two words: food scale. Best thing I ever bought. It really helps with those WW 3-4oz portions. Hey at least you did not gain.
