Finally!

I can't believe I haven't blogged in 2 days!! Oh my, where do I begin?

Saturday was a lot of fun. The Blues Clues Live show was very good. The kids loved it! My niece was mellow through most of it but there were a couple scenes with Joe where she perked right up! O was singing and just laughing through a lot of the show. Surprisingly, we had good seats (better than I thoguth we had and I snapped a few pictures. Even without the flash, they turned out well! Of course, we had to buy some trinkets and they were SO expensive! But, it's not like we do things like this every day!

The actors were good - the whole theater was having a good time.

Luckily, O and I knew most of the songs from the show and we sang along at the top of our lungs! :cheerful:

While O and I were out galivanting, P and M decided to buy this:

P and I promised to get one for them so this was their project. They stopped at PetSmart and bought a 20 gallon tank and all the supplies. We will go back this weekend and buy the fish.

On Sunday, I was teaching Sunday School. It was a mellow kind of day. Before and after dinner, the girls and P worked on the fish tank.. They were having a lot of fun, I think! M is still coughing and is sniffly as well. Poor kid, we just loaded her up with meds so she could sleep. She still woke up around 11pm, coughing and hacking.

It is snowing now but nothing like the other day! Thank goodness! Well, I gotta feed Miss O - I'll chat more later!

Well - it wasn't bad at all. I didn't really hear any hysterical kids or crazy parents. Only a few kids had on the Steve green striped shirt  We did this with Moira about 3 years ago at Radio City MH in NYC and it was a really fun time as well.

Fun fun! We keep meaning to go to one of the kid 'live' shows. Contemplating 'bear in the big blue house' next weekend... $$$ though! Would be $100 for the 3 of us to go not to mention the show is an hour from here... hmm. Maybe the new Jungle Book movie. :) GREAT pics!!

I'm so glad you had such a great weekend! The fish tank will be a lot of fun, I'm sure. I've always wanted one but hesitate because of the maintenance.

Have a fantastic day! *hugs*

Wow, sounds like you guys had a great time! The pics turned out lovely, too! My boys are too old for Blues Clues, but Spiderman on Ice is coming here soon; perhaps I should take them to that...

It looks like you and the little cutie had lots of fun!

When I lived in Chicago, I had a fish tank. For the whole time, the theme was the desert. (Get it? The dry desert...in a tank full of water. Hahahaha, I crack myself up.) Anyway, I had wanted to change the theme to Barbie's dreamhouse. I thought it'd be cool to have fish swimming in and out of Barbie's kitchen windows. Too bad I never got around to it.

Where are you keeping the tank?
